For three days in June, from the 1st to the 3rd, the Inn hosted the 6th regular Lutheran Church-Canada, East District Convention.

Business Begins

The 6th regular convention of
Lutheran Church-Canada, East District began with delegate registration.
Guest speakers, department and committee chairs all delivered reports.

Rev. Peter Berg, senior pastor at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Plymouth, Michigan, was convention essayist. Rev. Berg's two-part discussion, Thoughts About the Mission of the Church Based on the Lord's Prayer , was a highlight of the convention.

Delegates were asked to make decisions regarding resolutions put before them.
